9.3.13	Max Wallis’ first newsletter	First item: Notification of a Special Conference primarily to consider the Party name in Wales. GPRC secret court puts activists on trial, giving them no chance to defend themselves or appeal…. and on for another page. This covers GPRC activities in a very biased light, giving as a reference a socialist unity blog.

5.5.2013	Max Wallis’ second newsletter	First item. Note how the “main purpose” of the conference has changed since the first newsletter. Max uses his position as newsletter editor to give an extremely biased view. After “Damning report on Euro-list selection in London: 29th April”, see “Editor’s Note” where Max “make no apologies for editorial decisions within the remit laid down for the post”, i.e. he does not accept that he in any way misused his position as editor when compiling his first newsletter. Following item: Letter to the Editor questions to Pippa Bartolotti. The postal votes were being mailed out to members (I received mine on the 7th May) and this unsigned item appears in an e-mail sent out to all members a couple of days previously. It is quite clearly designed to disadvantage one candidate.
10.5.13	John Evans’ e-mail	Wales EERO informing us that he has suspended the selection process for the Wales Euro-list.
11.5.13	Minutes of WGPC meeting	First item – the discussion about suspending Max Wallis from his editorship of the Wales area newsletter.
22.5.13	John Evans’ e-mail	The EERO informs us that he has consulted within the party, and is resuming the selection process on the basis that nobody can undo the damage that has been done – but hopefully not many people will actually have been influenced by Max Wallis’ newsletter coverage.
22.5.13	Ann Were’s e-mail	Repeat e-mail sent to Max Wallis informing him that he is suspended as newsletter editor; and that he has to destroy all membership data.
23.5.13	Minutes of WGPC meeting	Minutes of the telephone conference which suspends Max Wallis from his other position on WGPC (Campaigns Coordinator), and the other decisions made. Pippa Bartolotti informs WGPC that she has initiated a formal complaint procedure.
25.5.13	Ann Were’s e-mail	This informed Max Wallis that he has been suspended as Campaigns Coordinator. Note the final paragraph, reiterating that he has to destroy all membership data and that it would be a criminal offence if he were to make use of this data.
5.7.13	Max Wallis’ third newsletter	Max sent this out having been informed on two separate occasions that he had to destroy all membership data, and that continuing to use it would be a criminal offence.
6.7.13	Minutes of WGPC meeting	The only relevant point is that Max Wallis attended the meeting, and wanted to amend the minutes of the meeting of 23rd May. His request was accepted.
11.7.13	Minutes of WGPC meeting	A further telephone conference had to be arranged to deal with the situation. The decisions made and the reasoning behind them are all clearly documented.
