Commitment from all WGPC post holders
·
Prepared to undertake a workload up to 5 hours per week
·
All WGPC members should be easily contactable by telephone and email
·
Some personal cost - only travel, childcare and out-of-pocket expenses
incurred in the course of WGP work within previously agreed budgets will be
reimbursed
·
Attendance of WGP Annual and Special Conferences - own funds and
employment permitting
·
Attendance at WGPC meetings (approximately 6 each year) whereever possible
·
Provide a written report to the AGM and each WGPC meeting
Collective Responsibilities
·
Taking corporate responsibility for the running of Wales Green Party
·
Implementing the Party's political strategies
·
Exercising financial control and efficient management of the Party's
resources. Elected members of Wales Green Party Council are jointly and
severally liable for the Party's finances.
·
Consulting closely with local Green parties within Wales
·
Providing day-to-day direction of the Party
·
Being a formal, open, and accountable leadership team
·
Being responsible for Party Office and its employees
·
Representing the Party to other organisations

Responsibilities
·
Editing, production and distribution of Green Wales, the WGP internal
newsletter
