4)
Officer reports
a)
These were presented
to the meeting by the officers concerned. Reports were accepted with questions
from the floor but there were no challenges to the actual reports.
b)
The E.R.O. was asked
to deliberate on query raised by Anne Greagsby regarding rule 6viii, the
relevant part of which states: no member
may be elected to the same position sit on the same body for more that five
terms consecutively. This ruling rule shall be strictly applied to Wales
Green Party posts.
E.R.O’s Decision: due to the limited records available to me I can only
apply rule 6viii on the evidence of these records. This means I am taking the
years of service for officers of Wales Green Party Council to be starting from
2009 onwards.
Therefore all nominations received
by me for these elections shall stand with the exception of the nomination for
campaigns coordinator, as the nominated person Anne Greagsby is disqualified
from standing as her party membership is at this time in suspension.
John Evans, Wales
Green Party Electoral Returning Officer
A
brief Campaigns report was received verbally from MW as it had not been
submitted in time for the Final Agenda.
